The Feed Chain is Technical Systems' flagship product, delivering the most reliable flat feed chain available. It is used to distribute feed evenly, quickly and reliably in any feeding configuration.
Features, dimensions and specifications:
- Minimum tensile strength of 13.5 kN.
- No twisting, vibrations or “empty” spots.
- No elongation of the material after installation.
- Hardness: 48-50 HRc.
- Links per 10 m: 236 links (+/- 2)
- Pitch: 42.4 mm (+/- 0.35 mm).
- Material thickness: 2.5 mm.
- Chain width: 70 mm for S&C models, 42.86 mm for P models.
Combined deliveries of feed chain and screw are a competitive advantage!
To maximize delivery, the “mini-pallets” of the feed chain can be packed inside the screw spools. This allows full containers to be used in combination with half containers of the feed chain without additional shipping costs, thus maximizing utilization and reducing unit costs.
