How to place an order?
You can place an order on the vada.ua website around the clock. Just add the item to the cart and click “Pay”.

Delivery methods
- “Pickup” from the warehouse.
Pickup is carried out from the warehouse (Kyiv, 9 Ivan Dziuba St.), on a pre-arranged and set date. For more information, please call +38 073 130 20 65. You can pick up the goods from the warehouse after confirming the order, checking the availability of the goods and calling the manager of the online store. To receive the goods, you need to inform the manager of the order number. Payment for the purchase at pickup is made in cash or by transfer to a Monobank card.
- Targeted delivery in Kyiv and the region.
Delivery of orders is carried out at the following rates: the right bank of Kyiv - 600 UAH, the left bank of Kyiv - 800 UAH, the region - from 1000 UAH. Delivery is carried out the next day after the order from Monday to Friday. Before delivery, the manager will call you to confirm the order and delivery details. Please keep in touch. If the selected item or the required volume is not in stock, the company's employees will inform you about it and offer a possible replacement. The option of Saturday delivery is considered individual and must be agreed with the manager in advance. Addressed delivery is carried out by prepayment in the amount of the delivery amount. You can pay for the order:
- in cash upon receipt;
- on a Monobank card, the number of which you can get in Viber/Telegram or e-mail (indicated in the order), after specifying the details of the order and checking the availability of goods;
- By bank transfer;
Important! To pick up the order, you must have an ID with you. Only the person specified as the recipient can receive the order.
Attention: The courier is not a seller, that is, the Buyer himself checks the goods upon receipt. Upon receipt of the order, carefully inspect the goods, make sure there is no visible mechanical damage, check the availability and correctness of the documents (sales receipt and warranty card). You can make claims regarding the appearance and completeness of the delivered goods only at the time of delivery of the goods by courier.
- Delivery by “Nova Poshta”
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday inclusive, the next business day after the order is placed. The buyer pays the cost of delivery of the goods independently according to the tariffs of the carrier of the transport company “Nova Poshta”. Orders are delivered within 3 business days. The specific time depends on the region and the carrier's work schedule.
Please note! Orders up to 500 UAH are shipped after 100% prepayment. Orders over 500 UAH are shipped after making a deposit in the amount of the cost of shipping in both directions (minimum 200 UAH). The deposit is deducted from the cost of the goods at the time of shipment. In case of refusal to purchase after the goods have been transferred to the carrier, the previously received deposit remains with the seller.
You can pay for your order
- on a Monobank card, the number of which you can get in Viber/Telegram or e-mail (indicated in the order), after specifying the details of the order and checking the availability of goods;
- in cash at a Nova Poshta branch (with an advance payment of UAH 200 or more for delivery) or in person to the courier;
The order is stored at the branch for free for 5 days, then returned back. When picking up your order, you must bring your ID with you. Only the person who is indicated as the recipient can receive the order. Delivery time is calculated from the next business day after the order is processed. Cash on delivery is possible only if you make a prepayment of UAH 200 or more. Payment methods

- Cashless payment.
Cashless payment (invoice) When placing an order, select payment by card and in the note indicate your details for receiving an invoice. After placing your order, the store manager will send you an invoice via Viber/Telegram or e-mail. You can pay for it at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company's current account. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided with the goods. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped within 1-2 days from the moment the money is credited to our account.
- Payment to a Monobank card.
The card number is provided after processing the order, its confirmation and checking the availability of goods by the manager of the online store, via Viber/Telegram or e-mail (specified in the order).
- Payment in cash
Cash payment is possible under the following conditions:
- targeted delivery in Kyiv and the region
- pickup from our warehouse
- Nova Poshta, “money transfer” service (the service involves the transfer of funds by the recipient of the shipment to the sender), with an advance payment of 200 UAH for delivery.
Additional information about delivery and payment
The delivery time is calculated on the next day from the date of order processing. Choose a convenient delivery and payment method. In case of an order for a legal entity or payment for goods through the company's current account, delivery is counted from the date of payment of the invoice (or prepayment), the validity period of payment of the invoice is no more than 3 business days.
