Exchange and return of goods of good quality
Good quality goods purchased from us (i.e., goods that are in good condition, not damaged, without hidden defects, and simply not satisfactory to you) can be exchanged or returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
The return or exchange of such goods is made on condition that
- the product has not been used (was not in use), has no traces of use (scratches, chips, software changes, no protective film, etc;)
- the goods are fully completed and the integrity of their packaging is not violated and they have a marketable condition;
- all product labels and manufacturer's markings are intact.
Exchange and return of goods
The exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality (i.e., defective, manufacturer's defects, hidden defects, etc.) is carried out only upon receipt of a conclusion (certificate) from the service center of the authorized manufacturer of the goods, unless the user has violated the rules for operating such goods.
In order to exchange/return goods of proper or inadequate quality, you must be sure that you have all the necessary grounds for this, as described above. Then, using the delivery services (Nova Poshta), you need to send the seller the goods, packaging and accessories to it, the warranty card and the original sales receipt (a document confirming payment of the cost of the goods), the original conclusion of the service center with a note that the goods have a significant defect (in case of return/exchange of goods of inadequate quality). Guaranteed obligations and warranty service
The warranty period and the product are indicated in the description of each product on our website. The warranty may be provided by the manufacturer or the Seller and is confirmed by the relevant warranty card.
If you need warranty service for the goods purchased from us, you can contact the seller or the appropriate service center from the list specified in the warranty card for the goods.
If during the warranty period established for the product, we detect significant defects (damage or defects that make it impossible to use the product for its intended purpose) that arose due to the fault of the manufacturer or the product failed due to the fault of the manufacturer and cannot be repaired by the service center, we will quickly exchange such product for a similar one or refund the money paid for it. In this case, you need to send the seller the product itself and all its accessories, the warranty card and the original sales receipt (a document confirming payment of the cost of the product), as well as the original conclusion of the service center with a note that the product has a significant defect using the delivery service (Nova Poshta).
PLEASE NOTE! The service center may refuse to provide warranty repairs in the following cases
- violation of the integrity of the warranty seals of the goods;
- mechanical or other damage to the goods caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;
- violation of the rules of use of the goods;
- unauthorized disclosure, repair or alteration of internal communications and components of the product, changes in the design or layout of the product;
- if the serial number or MAC address stored in the product's memory is changed, erased or damaged and cannot be established;
- if damage to the product is detected caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or exposure to extreme temperatures.

- accidental damage to the goods (defects caused by the buyer);
- damage to the goods as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- damage to the goods caused by negligence or use (non-compliance with the temperature regime, exposure to liquids, dust, mechanical damage, foreign objects getting inside the case);
- damage to the goods caused by an emergency increase or decrease in the voltage in the network;
- damage or abnormal functioning of the goods caused by failures or non-compliance with the standards of power supply, telecommunication, cable and other similar external factors;
- damage to the goods caused by defects in the system in which the goods were used, or which arose as a result of the connection and connection of the goods to other products;
- damage to the goods caused by the use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the operating rules;
- natural wear and tear of the product elements in cases of exceeding the operating standards specified for it;
- damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by downloaded programs;
- damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by the use of non-standard and (or) low-quality consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries, etc;
- signs of repair by unauthorized persons on the product.
Consumer (individual)
Consumer (individual) Return of goods within 14 days Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, you can return the goods under the following conditions:
- the product has not been in use; all seals and labels are intact;
- the integrity of the kit and packaging is not compromised;
- the warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved;
- the product is not included in the list of goods of good quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994)
Return of goods within the established warranty period The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
You can return the goods within the warranty period under the following conditions:
- a document from a service center authorized by the manufacturer stating that the defect is significant (goods of inadequate quality);
- the warranty card and a document confirming payment have been retained;
- the integrity of the kit is not compromised.
Medicines, medical supplies, veterinary products, medical devices and nutritional supplements for animals of proper quality are not subject to return.
The consumer has the right to return the animal drug subject to the availability of a payment document (fiscal receipt) and within the expiration date in the following cases: in case of purchase of drugs of inadequate quality, as evidenced by the conclusion on the quality of drugs issued by a subordinate laboratory of the territorial body of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control (State Service) and/or an authorized laboratory; in case of an order of the State Service on Medicines and Drugs Control prohibiting the circulation of the drug. At the same time, according to the List of Goods of Good Quality Not Subject to Exchange (Return), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, medicinal products of good quality are not subject to exchange (return).
In addition, with respect to medicinal products of good quality, the provision of Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 360 dated July 19, 2005 applies, namely: medicinal products and medical devices of good quality are not subject to return, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" regarding consumer rights in case of purchase of goods of good quality and the requirements of Article 8 of the said Law regarding consumer rights in case of purchase of goods of inadequate quality.
Returns via courier delivery service
Fill out the Leave a service request form on the website.
Describe the reason for returning the goods.
Wait for the service manager to confirm the shipment.
Send us the goods - Prepare the goods, a document from the service center indicating the presence of a significant defect, a warranty card, a copy of the receipt or invoice, and a completed Return Application.
Let us know that you have made a return - notify the service manager from whom you received the return information by e-mail - send a photo of the express courier service, indicate your details, order number, express courier service number and the reason for the return in the letter.
You can track the movement of the shipped parcel on the carrier's website. Wait for the refund - an employee of the Service Department will inspect the goods and check the documents for non-repairability. The period of time required to check the documents is from 3 to 14 days, and then:
- money for the goods is refunded - if the provided document gives the right to a refund;
- the goods are returned - if the provided document does not give the right to return the goods
If you pay for the goods through a courier service (cash on delivery), the refund will be made within 7 banking days (after the seller receives the goods and provides an application with the details for the transfer) through the selected carrier when making a return: Ukrposhta branch (according to the index of the actual place of residence indicated in the application) or the most convenient Nova Poshta branch (without being tied to a branch).
The buyer will be sent an SMS message to the specified phone number with the transfer number, which can be used to receive funds at the Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta branch.
If you pay for the goods with a bank payment card on the website, the refund will be made within 7 banking days to the card from which the payment was made.
The refund period for goods purchased outside the Order Center may be extended, but should not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the return request.
The return of goods that were paid for at the Order Pickup Center through the mobile cash register of the delivery service is possible only at the Customer Service Center.
