The Val-Co backwash water filter is a highly efficient primary treatment unit equipped with a 30-micron filter element. Key advantages of the Val-Co VF122-H model: - Backwash technology: The design allows the water flow to be redirected in the opposite direction through the filter mesh. This technically ensures that stuck particles of sand, rust, and sediment are washed directly into the drain, restoring the filter's throughput in a matter of seconds. - Ultra-fine 30-micron cleaning: The high-quality mesh traps even the smallest mechanical impurities. This is critical for protecting Val-Co nipple drinkers and precision medicators, as particles larger than 30 microns are the main cause of valve leaks and clogging of narrow system channels. - Reinforced housing for industrial conditions: Made of impact-resistant and chemically inert polymer that withstands high inlet pressure and aggressive ammonia vapors. The housing is inert to stabilized hydrogen peroxide and organic acids, which are often used in line sanitation. - Hydrodynamic stability: The internal geometry of the filter minimizes pressure drop even when the mesh is heavily contaminated.
