Our belts are made of copolymer polypropylene with the addition of white and anti-UV dye, which ensures their durability and resistance to UV radiation. Using advanced extrusion and stabilization technologies, it guarantees high winding quality and product durability.

Features and advantages of Barbieri sequence removal belts

1. Variety of thicknesses: from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm.
2. Maximum width: up to 2500 mm.
3. Individual orders: the ability to manufacture belts to order with the required length without joints. The maximum length of a roll of 1.0 mm thick belts is 1000 meters.

Barbieri uses four high-performance extrusion lines, which allows it to produce belts of various lengths and thicknesses. The production machines are equipped with raw material dosing systems, calender heating and cooling control to ensure consistent product thickness and stability. Additionally, electronic winding belts maintain a constant tension when winding belts, which ensures their uniformity and reliability.
