Description

Cable AVBbShv 3x4+1x2.5 power EUROPAN CABLE. AVBbShv – Power cable with aluminum conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and protective covering of type BbShv. Scope Designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations at a nominal alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 kV, frequency 50 Hz. Used for laying in the ground (trenches), premises, tunnels, canals, mines (except for laying in blocks) and partially flooded structures, with various corrosive conditions, as well as outdoors, if the cable is not subjected to significant tensile forces, but there is a risk of mechanical damage during operation. Design Conductor conductors – aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire, round, sector (class 1, 2 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride plastic. Armor made of galvanized steel tapes. Outer sheath - extruded protective PVC hose. Operation The cable is intended for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at temperatures not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be no less than 7.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. The long-term permissible heating temperature of the cable cores during operation is 70°C and the maximum permissible temperature at short-circuit currents is 160°C. The permissible heating of the cable cores in emergency mode is no more than 80°C. The cable service life is 30 years.
