Description

Cable AKVVG 4x2.5 power aluminum EUROPAN CABLE. AKVVG – Control cable with aluminum conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath. Scope Intended for fixed connection to electrical devices, apparatus, terminal assemblies of electrical switchgear with a rated alternating voltage of up to 660 V, a frequency of up to 100 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 1000 V. Used for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, in aggressive environments, in the absence of mechanical effects on the cable. The cable can be laid outdoors, provided that it is protected from mechanical damage and direct sunlight. It is allowed to lay the cable in the ground (trenches) provided that the cable is protected at the points of exit to the surface. Design Current-conducting conductors - aluminum, single-wire (class 1 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation and sheath - polyvinyl chloride plastic compound. Operation The cable is intended for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at temperatures not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. The long-term permissible heating temperature of cable cores during operation is 70°C. The cable service life: at least 20 years when laid in the ground (trenches) and on overpasses, provided that they are protected from direct sunlight; 25 years – when laid indoors, in canals and tunnels.
