Description

Cable АВБбШв-0.66 4х25 power aluminum EUROPAN CABLE. KGTP – flexible cable with insulation and sheath made of thermoplastic elastomer. Scope Designed for connecting mobile mechanisms to electrical networks with a nominal alternating voltage of 660 V with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a constant voltage of 1000 V. Flexible power cables are intended for use in industry, construction, transport and agriculture, for non-stationary laying, for connecting mobile machines (cranes, hoists, welding machines, etc.), mechanisms and equipment to electrical networks and to mobile sources of electrical energy. Design Conductor cores - copper, multi-wire (class 5 DSTU EN 60228). Core insulation and sheath made of thermoplastic elastomer. Operation The cable is designed to connect mobile mechanisms to electrical networks at ambient temperatures from -60°C to +50°C. The minimum bending radius is not less than 8 cable diameters at an allowable heating temperature of conductive cores up to 75°C. The tensile forces on the cable must not exceed 19.6 N (2.0 kgf) per 1 mm2 of the total cross-section of all cores. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C. Cables with a nominal cross-section of the main cores up to 4 mm2 inclusive and a number of cores from two to five inclusive must be resistant to repeated bending through a roller system with a current load and withstand at least 30,000 bending cycles. Cables with a nominal cross-section of the main cores up to 4 mm2 inclusive (single-core and with more than five cores) and cables with a nominal cross-section of the main cores of 6.0 mm2 and more must be resistant to multiple bends at an angle of ±π/2 rad at a nominal tensile force of 49 N (5.0 kgf).
