Description

Cable AVVGngd-0.66 4x2.5 power aluminum EUROPAN CABLE. AVVGng – Power cable with aluminum conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and a sheath that does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emission. Scope Intended for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations at a nominal alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 kV, frequency 50 Hz. It is used when laid in blocks, on specialized cable trestles, can be used in industrial premises, in distribution and lighting devices, as well as in ordinary residential premises as electrical wiring, widely used in summer cottage construction. It is not recommended to lay the cable in the ground, since it is devoid of armored protection, therefore it can only be laid with mechanical protection. The cable with the “ngd” index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of ignition and where special fire prevention measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the cable is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Construction Conductors - aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire (class 1, 2 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic compound. Outer sheath - polyvinyl chloride plastic compound, which does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emission. Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at temperatures not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 times the outer diameter of a single-core cable and 7.5 times the outer diameter of a multi-core cable. The continuous permissible heating temperature of the cable cores during operation is 70°C and the maximum permissible temperature at short-circuit currents is 160°C. The permissible heating of the cable cores in emergency mode is no more than 80°C.
