Description

Cable KVBbShvng 27x1 control EUROPAN CABLE. KVBbShvng - Control cable with copper conductors, polyvinyl chloride plastic insulation, armor made of two steel tapes and a non-combustible polyvinyl chloride plastic hose. Area of application Designed for fixed connection to electrical devices, apparatus, clamp assemblies of electrical switchgear with a rated alternating voltage of up to 660 V and a frequency of up to 100 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 1000 V. It is used for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, in the ground (trenches), including in aggressive environments and in places exposed to stray currents, if the cable is not subjected to significant tensile forces. The cable can be laid outdoors provided that it is protected from mechanical damage and direct sunlight. Construction Current-carrying conductors are copper, single-wire (class 1 of DSTU EN 60228). Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic. Armor made of two galvanized steel strips. The outer sheath is a protective hose made of non-combustible polyvinyl chloride plastic. Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -7°C. The minimum bending radius during installation should be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the cable. The long-term permissible heating temperature of the cable cores during operation is 70°C. The cable service life is at least 20 years when laid in the ground (trenches) and on overpasses, provided that it is protected from direct sunlight, and 25 years when laid in rooms, channels and tunnels.
