Description

Control cable KVVGEND 4x1,0 EUROPAN CABLE¶¶KVVGengd is a control cable with copper conductors, polyvinyl chloride plastic insulation, a common aluminum foil shield and a polyvinyl chloride plastic sheath that is non-combustible with reduced smoke and gas emissions.¶Field of application¶It is intended for fixed connection to electrical appliances, devices, assemblies of clamps of electrical switchgear with a rated alternating voltage of up to 660 V and frequency of up to 100 Hz or a direct voltage of up to 1000 V.¶It is used for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels in the absence of mechanical stress on the cable in aggressive environments and the need to protect electrical circuits from external electric fields. The cable can be laid outdoors provided that it is protected from mechanical damage and direct sunlight.¶The cable with the “ngd” index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of fire and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the cable is its non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures.¶Construction¶Conductive conductors - copper, single-wire (class 1 of DSTU EN 60228).¶Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic.¶Common shield made of aluminum foil.¶The outer sheath is a non-combustible polyvinyl chloride plastic with reduced smoke and gas emission.¶Operation¶The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including outdoor installation.¶The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C.¶The bending radius of the cable when laid at an ambient temperature of at least 0°C is not less than¶- three cable diameters - for cables with outer diameter up to and including 10 mm¶- four cable diameters - for cables with an outer diameter of more than 10 to 25 mm inclusive;¶- six cable diameters - for cables with an outer diameter of more than 25 mm.¶The long-term permissible heating temperature of cable cores during operation is 70°C.
