Cable VVG-Pngd-0.66 2x6.0 power copper EUROPAN CABLE VVG-Pngd – Power cable with copper conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath, non-flammable with reduced smoke and gas emission, flat. Scope Designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations at a nominal alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 kV, frequency 50 Hz. It is most advisable to use flat cables in hidden wiring and with single laying in rectangular cable channels of appropriate sizes, they are not recommended for laying in the ground (trenches). Cable with the index "ngd" is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of ignition and where special fire protection measures are required for people. An additional property of the cable is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Construction Conductors - copper, single-wire (class 1 DSTU EN 60228), located in the same plane parallel to each other. Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic compound. Outer sheath - polyvinyl chloride plastic compound, which does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emission. Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at temperatures not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 of the smallest external dimensions of the cable. The permissible continuous heating temperature of cable cores during operation is 70°C and the maximum permissible temperature during short-circuit currents is 160°C. The permissible heating of cable cores in emergency mode is no more than 80°C.
