The DOL 44R 90-265V AC grain level sensor is a high-precision device specifically adapted for handling cereal crops and mixed feeds. The 44R model is a universal solution thanks to its NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) logic support, allowing for easy integration into any elevator or farm automation scheme.
This sensor features enhanced resistance to mechanical wear and aggressive dust environments. Equipped with an integrated microprocessor and full temperature compensation, the device maintains reference measurement accuracy regardless of ambient temperature, eliminating false triggers in the grain supply system.
Precision Calibration and Delay Control
The DOL 44R model provides the user with complete control over the detection process. You can adjust the sensitivity within a range of 0–10 mm, allowing the sensor to clearly distinguish grain from small impurities or dust. Additionally, the device features a flexible OFF-delay setting from 0 to 60 seconds. Замінила цим датчиком старий механічний "прапорець", який вічно заклинював від пилу. DOL 44R взагалі не має рухомих частин, тож ламатися нічому. Працює миттєво, зерно бачить добре. Ціна виправдана, бо за пів року жодної зупинки лінії не було.

Поставив на лінію вивантаження зерна. В цій моделі сподобалося, що затримку можна виставити дуже точно. Шнек тепер не смикається від кожної жмені зерна, а чекає нормального наповнення. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, здалеку бачу, чи є контакт.

Купили для пташника, де дуже висока вологість і постійні мийки. Цей датчик повністю герметичний, вода всередину не потрапляє. Вибрали саме 44-ту серію, бо вона надійніша за 26-ту в плані захисту від бруду. Працює прямо від розетки, що спростило монтаж.

Мені було важливо підключити сигнальну лампу на 220 вольт напряму без зайвих блоків живлення. У DOL 44R вбудоване реле досить потужне для цього. Контакти не підгоряють, спрацьовує чітко. Корпус міцний, гайки затягнув добре — нічого не тріснуло.

Обрала DOL 44R для бункера з борошном. Головна причина — він не дає помилкових сигналів, коли на нього налипає пил. Старий датчик доводилося щодня протирати ганчіркою, а цей сам розрізняє, де просто наліт, а де реальний рівень продукту.
