The DOL 26 CA-P-M18-NF-CA-SCR-B-0T is a highly reliable industrial sensor specifically designed for automated feeding systems. This model is housed in a compact M18 body and is ideal for detecting feed and grain levels. With factory-fixed sensitivity (0T), the sensor lacks mechanical trimmers, ensuring long-term stability by eliminating the risk of accidental adjustments or failures caused by vibration.
This version features a thyristor SCR output with a two-wire connection, making it an excellent drop-in replacement for traditional mechanical limit switches. The Break (NC) logic means the circuit remains closed when the pan is empty (keeping the motor running) and breaks upon detecting feed, stopping the loading process. The NF (Non-Flush) design provides an extended sensing field for better detection of light bulk materials.
Mounting
The DOL 26 SCR sensor is installed in an 18 mm diameter mounting hole. Since it is a Non-Flush (NF) type, the sensing head must protrude into the bin and remain clear of metal side walls to prevent false detection. The unit is secured using the two plastic nuts provided. Because the 0T model is factory-calibrated, no further adjustment is needed—simply connect the cable in series with the load (relay or contactor coil) according to the SCR wiring diagram.
