The DOL 41R 90-250V AC sensor is a powerful and flexible solution for monitoring the level of dry feed, grain, and other bulk materials. Потрібен був датчик, який живиться від 220В, але комутує ланцюг 24В. DOL 41R це дозволяє, бо контакти реле гальванічно розв'язані від живлення. Це безпечно і дозволяє поєднувати різні напруги в одній схемі без додаткових проміжних реле.

Обрали цей датчик для керування потужним пускачем старого зразка. Електронні датчики (SCR) часто пробиває зворотним струмом від котушки пускача. Тут всередині стоїть механічне реле, воно набагато витриваліше до таких навантажень. Працює надійніше за електронні аналоги.

У нас імпортне обладнання, де керування йде на 110 вольт. Знайти датчик під таку напругу важко. DOL 41R універсальний, він працює і від 110В, і від 220В. Встановили, не переробляючи трансформатори. Дуже зручно, що він підходить під будь-який стандарт живлення.

Купили цю модель для старої польської лінії. Там автоматика вимагає чіткого перемикання реле. Пробували ставити дешевші транзисторні аналоги — система їх не бачить. Цей датчик клацає релюшкою всередині, і контролер зчитує сигнал безпомилково.
