The DOL 41R-G is a professional-grade capacitive level sensor designed for direct connection to high-voltage 90–250V AC power networks. As part of the reliable 40-series, this model is engineered for general detection of grain, feed, and other solid materials in hoppers, silos, and transport systems.
Unlike low-voltage versions, the DOL 41R-G features an integrated power supply and a high-capacity 10 A relay with a changeover contact (NO/NC). The device responds instantly without a time delay, ensuring the fastest possible system reaction to changes in product level.

Взяли цей датчик для пташника, бо він повністю герметичний. Миємо обладнання водою під тиском, і DOL 41R-G це витримує без проблем. Вибрали саме цю модель через універсальність напруги — у нас вона часто "гуляє", але датчик не згорає. Монтується просто, різьба стандартна.

Купив для контролю рівня пелет у котлі. Важливо було, щоб датчик був різьбовий, бо монтували в товсту стінку бункера. Спрацьовує без збоїв, затримку налаштував за хвилину. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, відразу видно, коли треба досипати паливо. Якісна річ за свої гроші.

Ми використовуємо цей датчик на млині. Там постійно хмара борошна, але DOL 41R-G ігнорує цей наліт на корпусі і спрацьовує тільки коли бункер реально повний. Різьбовий корпус дозволив ідеально герметизувати отвір, щоб пил не висипався назовні. Надійний і простий пристрій.

Шукав заміну старому сенсору, який постійно випадав із кріплення. У DOL 41R-G різьба М30 дуже міцна, затягнув ключем і забув. Вибрав цю модель за її "дубовість" — витримує перепади напруги в нашому селі і не глючить. Релейний вихід дозволив підключити сигнальну лампу напряму.

Поставили цей датчик на останню годівницю в ряду. Обрали версію з різьбою, бо її набагато легше регулювати по висоті в пластиковій трубі. Датчик бачить комбікорм миттєво, на пил не реагує. Подобається, що не треба ніяких блоків живлення, підключили прямо до мережі.
