The DOL 43 10-30V AC/DC sensor is a professional low-voltage solution for feeding line automation. The main advantage of this model is the combination of safe supply voltage and a powerful 10 A relay. The sensor features an OFF-delay function, which keeps the equipment running for a set time after the feed has cleared the active zone.

Використовуємо на лінії транспортування гранул. Важливо було, щоб датчик був безпечним і живився від постійного струму (DC). DOL 43 надійний, пластик міцний. Бачить рух гранули навіть через пластикове віконце вставки, не треба свердлити дірку в самій трубі.

Вибрали цю модель через можливість налаштування затримки вимкнення. У нас подача йде нерівномірно, порціями. Звичайні датчики постійно "смикали" аварійку. Тут можна виставити таймер, щоб він ігнорував короткочасні паузи в потоці й спрацьовував тільки при реальній зупинці подачі.

Це єдиний спосіб швидко дізнатися, що лопнула спіраль всередині довгої труби. Мотор гуде, а корм в кінці лінії не сиплеться. DOL 43 стоїть посередині траси і контролює проходження маси. Як тільки рух зупиняється — миттєвий стоп. Дуже економить час на діагностику поломки.

Встановили на виході з силосу. Проблема була в тому, що корм іноді зависає "мостом", шнек крутиться вхолосту. Цей датчик фіксує, що потік зерна припинився, хоча мотор працює. Він вимикає систему і вмикає сигналізацію. Незамінна річ для захисту обладнання від сухого ходу.
