У нас на лінії стоїть трансформатор на 24В змінного струму. Цей датчик універсальний — йому все одно, змінний струм чи постійний. Вкрутили, під’єднали — і все. Використовуємо для контролю рівня висівок. Затримку виставили мінімальну, реагує миттєво.

Поставили на лінію фасування добавок. Причина вибору — вбудоване реле, яке комутує сигнал прямо на вхід контролера без помилок. Датчик ігнорує дрібний наліт на корпусі, реагує тільки на реальний об’єм продукту. Монтаж простий, стандартний діаметр 30 мм став у кріплення як рідний.

Замінив цим датчиком старий механічний «прапорець», який вічно клинив від бруду. DOL 44R працює безконтактно, ламатися нічому. Оскільки живлення в нас від акумуляторів на автономній точці, діапазон 10-30 вольт підійшов ідеально. Дуже задоволений стабільністю сигналу.
