Замінили старі механічні датчики на цю електроніку. Вибрали DOL 44R-33 через його довговічність — тут немає рухомих частин, тож нічого не заклинює. Працює від 12-вольтового блока живлення без проблем. Тепер бункери не переповнюються, бо датчик реагує миттєво.

Потрібен був датчик, який зможе працювати при низькій напрузі, але з релейним контактом. DOL 44R-33 став ідеальним варіантом. Встановили на шнек подачі добавок. Подобається, що налаштування чутливості не збиваються з часом. Працює стабільно навіть при невеликому просіданні напруги в мережі.

Використовуємо для контролю рівня висівок. Вибрали цю модель, бо вона не боїться вібрації і постійних мийок. Герметичність корпусу на висоті. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку видно, коли бункер повний. Затримку спрацювання налаштували самі під наш потік зерна.

Поставили на лінію, яка працює від акумуляторів (24В DC). Обрали DOL 44R-33, бо в нього дуже мале власне споживання енергії, що важливо для автономних систем. При цьому реле всередині потужне, вистачає для прямого запуску сигнальної лампи. Монтується просто, корпус міцний.

Шукали заміну датчикам 26-ї серії, які постійно «сліпли» від вологого пилу. Вирішили взяти 44R-33 через кращу систему фільтрації хибних спрацювань. Цей датчик ігнорує шар налиплого бруду на корпусі і реагує тільки на реальний рівень корму в бункері. Дуже задоволені результатом.
