Цей датчик стоїть у нас на подачі пелет. Вибрали його, бо він ігнорує конденсат на стінках і реагує тільки на реальну купу палива. Різьбове кріплення тримає мертво, від вібрації шнека нічого не розкручується. Налаштували чутливість під нашу гранулу за пару хвилин, все працює.

Взяли для контролю завантаження силосу. Обрали саме 44RHG через широкий діапазон напруги, бо у нас мережа в селі нестабільна. Датчик не згорає при стрибках вольтажу. Корпус дуже міцний, герметичність на висоті. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, здалеку бачу, чи повний бункер.

Шукали варіант з реле всередині для прямого підключення аварійної сирени. Модель 44RHG підійшла ідеально, бо витримує навантаження на контакти. Різьбовий корпус допоміг точно виставити глибину занурення в трубу. Працює в умовах високої вологості вже три місяці, нарікань немає.

Замінив старий механічний датчик на цей DOL 44RHG. Головна причина вибору — відсутність рухомих частин, які вічно заклинювали від лушпиння. Цей ємнісний сенсор бачить масу зерна миттєво. Налаштували затримку на 5 секунд, щоб мотор шнека не смикався від кожної жмені.
