The DOL 44RR-33 is a high-precision intelligent level sensor designed for direct supply from 90–265V AC alternating current power networks. The device is equipped with a high-capacity changeover relay (NO and NC), allowing the installer to select the desired system logic ("Start" or "Stop") directly during setup. The "33" variant offers superior stability against intense airflows, and its two trimmers enable independent adjustment of sensitivity and time delay, protecting motors from frequent restarts.
The DOL 44RR-33 excels in mounting durability, featuring a reinforced M30 threaded housing. It can be securely fixed in 30.5 mm holes using the included plastic nuts, preventing displacement from mechanical vibration. With an IP69K protection rating and fully encapsulated electronics, the sensor is completely resistant to humidity, ammonia fumes, and high-pressure hot water cleaning.

Поставили на лінію вивантаження зерна. Вибрали 44RR-33, бо він миттєво реагує на рівень і зупиняє мотор. Це врятувало нас від пересипання вже кілька разів. Монтаж зайняв мінімум часу, схема підключення зрозуміла навіть без інструкції. Хороша альтернатива дешевим аналогам.

Взяли цю модель через універсальність напруги. У нас на фермі бувають просадки до 190 вольт, але цей датчик тримає сигнал. Діаметр 33 мм допоміг щільно закрити отвір у трубі, щоб пил не вилітав. Якісний пластик, кабель товстий, зроблено на совість.

Замінили старий механічний датчик на цей електронний. Обрали саме DOL 44RR-33, бо він не має частин, що рухаються, і не забивається пилом. Тепер шнек працює набагато тихіше і не вмикається дарма. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, відразу видно, коли бункер повний.

Шукав заміну датчику на імпортному хопері. Там специфічний посадковий розмір, і цей Дол став ідеально. Подобається, що корпус міцний і повністю герметичний — миємо обладнання часто, вода всередину не потрапляє. Регулювання чутливості просте, виставили за хвилину.

Вибрали модель DOL 44RR-33 для бункера з висівками. Вони дуже легкі, але датчик налаштували так, що він бачить рівень без помилок. Потрібно було пряме живлення від мережі, щоб не городити блоки живлення в щитку. За пів року роботи жодного збою, дуже надійна штука.
