The DOL 44R 90-265V AC sensor is the flagship model in the capacitive sensor range, engineered for highly precise level control of feed, grain, and solids. Купили цей датчик, бо він стабільно працює при мінусовій температурі на складі. Минулий іншої марки взимку просто "замерзав" і видавав помилку. DOL 44R реагує на рівень миттєво. Релейний вихід дозволив підключити сигнальну лампу напряму, без зайвих дротів.

Для мене головним було те, що він працює від змінного струму 220В без перехідників. Встановив на виході шнека, налаштував чутливість за хвилину за допомогою викрутки. Реле клацає впевнено, надійна річ для автоматизації завантаження машини зерном.

Використовуємо для контролю наповнення великого бункера. Обрали саме 44-ту серію, бо вона потужніша за 26-ту. Датчик бачить зерно навіть через товстий шар налиплого бруду на самому корпусі. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку видно, чи працює система.

Шукав заміну датчику, який згорів після грози. Взяв DOL 44R через широкий діапазон напруги живлення до 265 вольт. У нас на фермі бувають перекоси фаз, але цей прилад витривалий. Корпус міцний, герметичний, волога всередину не потрапляє навіть під час миття.
