The iDOL 44R sensor is a 30 mm capacitive sensor for detecting feed, grain and loose substances with a relay output and a switch function. Замінили старі механічні датчики на цю електроніку. Головна причина вибору iDOL 44R — він не замерзає і не клинить при сильних морозах на вулиці. У нас склад неопалювальний, конденсат буває постійно, але цей датчик працює без збоїв. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку бачу стан системи.

Для мене цей датчик став порятунком на лінії перевалки зерна. Пил там стоїть такий, що нічого не видно, але iDOL 44R ігнорує наліт на корпусі. Вибрали саме його, бо він «бачить» продукт навіть через пластикову стінку труби, не треба було свердлити зайвих дірок. Надійний і сучасний прилад.

Поставили iDOL 44R на завантаження бункерів з пелетами. Там напруга часто скаче, але датчик тримається, бо в нього робочий діапазон до 280 вольт. Дуже допомагає функція копіювання налаштувань через телефон: налаштувала один датчик і просто перенесла ці параметри на всі інші в ряду.

Шукав заміну датчикам, які постійно «тонули» під час миття пташника. iDOL 44R вибрали за його герметичність (IP69K). Миємо все водою під високим тиском, і цьому сенсору нічого не шкодить. Працює стабільно, реле всередині потужне, вистачає для прямого запуску сигнальної лампи.

Для мене головною перевагою iDOL 44R стала відсутність потреби в механічному налаштуванні. Раніше чоловіки вічно губили ті маленькі викрутки або ламали регулятори. Тепер я сама підношу смартфон, і через додаток виставляю чутливість. Датчик бачить комбікорм чітко, на пил не реагує.
