Capacitive Level Sensor iDOL 44R-33 (10-30V AC/DC, NFC)
The iDOL 44R-33 is a next-generation capacitive relay sensor equipped with an NFC interface for wireless configuration. This model is designed for 10-30V AC/DC low-voltage systems and provides precise detection of grain, feed, and other bulk materials in demanding environments.
With its integrated changeover relay (NO and NC), this capacitive sensor can directly control feeding lines. The main advantage of the iDOL series is the ability to calibrate parameters instantly via smartphone using the SmartAdjust app, even without dismounting the device.

Взяли цей датчик для контролю рівня висівок. Вибрали 44R-33, бо він не боїться сильної вібрації від шнеків. Корпус масивний, різьба М30 дуже міцна, затягнули гайками в металевій вставці труби без проблем. Працює чітко, затримок у передачі сигналу немає.

Шукав датчик з яскравою індикацією. У iDOL 44R-33 великий світлодіод ззаду, який видно навіть через шар пилу здалеку. Коли робиш обхід складу, відразу зрозуміло, який бункер заповнений. Цифрове керування через NFC дозволило скопіювати налаштування з одного датчика на всі інші за хвилину.

Використовуємо на лінії фасування гранул. Обрали саме цю модель, бо вона дуже стабільно тримає налаштування. У аналогів часто збивається чутливість від зміни температури на складі, а цей iDOL 44R-33 працює однаково і вдень, і вночі. Реле всередині клацає впевнено.

Для мене головним був захист від води. Ми миємо лінію годівлі апаратом високого тиску. iDOL 44R-33 повністю герметичний, витримує прямий струмінь води і агресивну дезінфекцію. Встановили на заміну звичайному датчику, який постійно "тонув".

У нас на млині дуже дрібне борошно, яке налипає на все підряд. Попередні датчики постійно давали помилкові сигнали. Купили iDOL 44R-33, бо в нього краща компенсація налипання. Він "розуміє", де просто шар пилу на корпусі, а де реально піднявся рівень продукту.
