The iDOL 44 RG sensor is a 30 mm capacitive sensor for detecting feed, grain and loose substances with a relay output and a switch function. This model supports an extremely wide supply voltage range from 20 to 280 volts (both AC and DC) and features a built-in changeover relay (NO/NC). The key highlight of the iDOL series is the integrated NFC interface, which enables wireless configuration of all parameters via smartphone using the SmartAdjust app. You can instantly adjust sensitivity, set time delays, or activate the MaxRunTimer function without opening the housing. Full encapsulation of the electronics and an IP69K protection rating ensure reliable performance in dusty, humid, and high-pressure wash-down environments.
Mounting
Installation of the iDOL 44RG is highly reliable thanks to its reinforced M30 threaded housing. The device is mounted into a 30.5 mm diameter hole and secured with heavy-duty nuts included in the kit, preventing displacement caused by auger vibration. It can also be integrated using sealing glands or external flanges, providing ideal positioning of the active face relative to the feed flow and ensuring easy access for maintenance without dismantling major hopper components.

Купили цей датчик для системи завантаження пелет. Головна причина вибору — інтелектуальна компенсація пилу. На корпусі часто осідає шар борошна, але 44-та серія це ігнорує і реагує тільки на реальний об’єм палива. Різьбовий корпус допоміг жорстко зафіксувати сенсор, щоб не розхитувався від вібрації шнека. Надійна річ.

Для нашого господарства це найкраще рішення. Датчик iDOL 44RG повністю герметичний (IP69K), тому ми спокійно миємо все обладнання водою під тиском. Обрали його, бо він працює і від змінного, і від постійного струму — це дуже спростило нам монтаж на різних ділянках лінії. Якість пластику на висоті, кабель товстий і надійний.

У нас на лінії дуже легке лушпиння, і звичайні датчики його часто пропускали. В iDOL 44RG ми через додаток SmartPad підняли чутливість, і тепер він бачить навіть таку легку фракцію. Вибрали модель RG, бо повна різьба М30 стандартна і датчик став у старе кріплення без переробок. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, відразу видно роботу.

Замінив цим датчиком старий механічний прапорець, який постійно заклинював від пилу. Вибрав 44RG, бо він ємнісний і взагалі не має рухомих частин. Різьбовий корпус дозволив ідеально герметизувати місце врізки в пластикову трубу. Працює стабільно в неопалюваному приміщенні, конденсат йому не заважає.

Ми купили цю модель для контролю наповнення бункера з комбікормом. Чому саме iDOL 44RG? Бо його можна налаштувати зі смартфона. Нам не довелося лізти з викруткою під саму стелю, де стоїть датчик. Притулили телефон, через NFC виставили затримку на 10 секунд, щоб мотор не смикався постійно. Дуже зручна і сучасна технологія.
