The model is equipped with a built-in adjustable OFF-delay timer (up to 10 minutes), which is critical for stabilizing the operation of auger conveyors. Through two independent trimmers, the operator can precisely adjust material sensitivity and the activation delay time. This prevents frequent short-term motor starts caused by fluctuating feed levels or dust, significantly extending equipment lifespan. The powerful integrated SPDT relay allows for direct load control.
Mounting
Mounting the VC11RTM2410M sensor is performed in a prepared 30.5 mm diameter hole using its M30 threaded body. The device is rigidly secured with two massive plastic nuts included in the kit, providing resistance to strong mechanical vibrations from active augers. Thanks to its high protection class and fully encapsulated electronics, the sensor can be installed directly into the hopper wall or through a specialized sealing gland. The hermetic housing ensures stable operation in harsh environments with high humidity.
