Купили цей датчик для контролю вологого зерна. Вибрали DOL 44RG, бо він не має рухомих частин, як старі мембранні датчики, тому не забивається і не клинить. Спрацьовує моментально, затримку налаштували самі за хвилину. Тепер бункер не переповнюється, автоматика працює чітко.

Для нашого свинокомплексу це найкращий варіант через повну герметичність. Миємо все Керхером під високим тиском, і датчик витримує прямий струмінь води. Різьбове кріплення дозволило ідеально виставити глибину занурення в трубу. Надійна річ, яка вартує своїх грошей.

Побачили такий датчик на виставці і вирішили оновити обладнання. Модель 44RG дуже сподобалась міцним корпусом. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, відразу видно, коли ємність наповнилася. Регулювати чутливість під різне зерно легко, налаштування не збиваються від холоду взимку.

Шукав заміну старому сенсору, щоб підключити прямо до сигнальної лампи на 220 вольт. У DOL 44RG вбудоване реле, тому ніякі блоки живлення не знадобилися. Монтується просто, різьба М30 стандартна. Поставив на завантаження бункера, працює стабільно вже кілька місяців.

У нас на млині дуже дрібне борошно, яке налипає на все. Попередні датчики постійно "сліпли". Купили DOL 44RG, бо в нього краща компенсація налипання бруду. Тепер не треба щодня лазити і протирати його ганчіркою. Датчик чітко бачить рівень корму крізь шар пилу.
