Description

Bimetal circular saw for making round holes in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steels and alloys, including stainless steel with a thickness of 1 mm, wood and wood-based materials, plastics and polymer materials, sandwich materials, ceramic tiles and plasterboard and other materials. S & R bimetal saws provide high performance, accuracy and quality of sawing, as well as increased safety during operation due to: laser-welded bimetal from alloyed tool steel as a carrier, and high-speed steel in the cutting zone with an 8% cobalt content; a rigid flat base, 6 mm thick, capable of withstanding high loads and conducive to a quiet, vibration-free tool movement; a variable pitch of 4/6 tpi teeth per inch to reduce vibration even when cutting difficult-to-process materials; specially sharpened tooth profile for fast cutting into the workpiece; technological holes for effective chip removal.
