Automatic feeder for broilers Gio T/F 12 sections (low cone) CODAF Italy is designed taking into account all modern technological and veterinary requirements. It is ergonomic and allows you to achieve excellent results in feeding poultry from an early age and until slaughter. The material from which the feeder is made is resistant to sunlight, active detergents and disinfectants, and to mechanical damage. Since it is a high-quality environmentally friendly and durable plastic. The feeder is installed in automatic feed distribution complexes and is compatible with Ø 45 mm pipes. Dry feed is supplied in a one-way manner. From the external hopper to the hoppers (intermediate hoppers) located in the poultry house. The screw conveyor, with rotational movements carried out by an electric motor, distributes feed into the feeder. The motor is automatically activated by a feed sensor, which is equipped with all feeding lines. As soon as the amount of feed in the feeders decreases, the sensor is triggered and they are filled again. The feed supply stops when the control feeder is filled, so the sensor is able to independently maintain the fullness of the feeders. The limit feed filling mechanism ensures a high level of filling of the feeder, then it automatically closes and the feed level decreases. This allows you to reduce feed losses to an absolute minimum. The blades attached to the outer cylinder of the feeder serve as an additional measure to prevent feed losses, as they allow you to significantly reduce the amount of feed scattered to the sides by the bird. Feeding of dry fodder is done in a one-way way. From the external hopper to the hoppers (intermediate hoppers), which are located in the house. A screw conveyor, with rotary movements made by an electric motor, delivers the feed to the feeders. The motor is automatically driven by a feed sensor, which is fitted to all feeding lines. As soon as the amount of feed in the troughs decreases, the sensor is activated and the troughs are filled again. Feeding stops when the control trough is full, so the sensor is able to keep the troughs full independently. The feed limit mechanism ensures that the feeder is filled to a high level, then it automatically closes and the feed level is reduced. This reduces feed loss to an absolute minimum. The paddles attached to the outer cylinder of the feeder serve as an additional measure to prevent feed loss, as they significantly reduce the amount of feed that is thrown sideways by the birds. The feeder line is mounted on a steel cord and can be freely raised and lowered by means of a suspension system, allowing farmers to operate the entire feeding line in a single movement.
