Feeder has been designed to meet all modern technological and veterinary requirements. It is ergonomically designed to achieve excellent feeding results from early life to slaughter. The material from which the feeder is made is resistant to sunlight, active cleaning and disinfecting agents and mechanical damage. Feeding of dry fodder is done in a one-way way. From the external hopper to the hoppers (intermediate hoppers), which are located in the house. A screw conveyor, with rotary movements made by an electric motor, delivers the feed to the feeders. The motor is automatically driven by a feed sensor, which is fitted to all feeding lines. As soon as the amount of feed in the troughs decreases, the sensor is activated and the troughs are filled again. Feeding stops when the control trough is full, so the sensor is able to keep the troughs full independently. The feed limit mechanism ensures that the feeder is filled to a high level, then it automatically closes and the feed level is reduced. This reduces feed loss to an absolute minimum. The paddles attached to the outer cylinder of the feeder serve as an additional measure to prevent feed loss, as they significantly reduce the amount of feed that is thrown sideways by the birds. The feeder line is mounted on a steel cord and can be freely raised and lowered by means of a suspension system, allowing farmers to operate the entire feeding line in a single movement.
