The Gio T/F automatic poultry feeder with high cone grid

It has been designed to meet all modern technological and veterinary requirements. It is ergonomically designed to achieve excellent results in feeding poultry from early age to slaughter. The material of the bird feeder is resistant to sunlight, active detergents and disinfectants, as well as mechanical damage, as it is high quality, environmentally friendly and durable plastic.

This poultry feeder is installed in automatic feeding systems and is compatible with Ø 45 mm pipes. The dry feed is fed in a one-way direction: from the outer hopper, the feed flows into the hoppers (intermediate hoppers) located in the house. The screw conveyor distributes the feed to the bird feeders by means of a rotating motor. The motor is automatically driven by a feed sensor, which is fitted to all feeding lines. As soon as the amount of feed in the bird feeders is reduced, the sensor is triggered and the feeders are refilled.

The feeding stops when the control bird feeder is full, so that the sensor maintains the required feed level. The limit filling mechanism ensures that the poultry feeders are filled to a high level, after which they automatically close and the feed level is reduced. This minimises feed loss. For additional protection against trampling on the feed by chickens, two special restrictive grids with holes for the birds' heads are provided. One grid is superimposed on the other, which makes it possible to adjust the size of the opening for the chickens' heads.

The line with poultry feeders is mounted on a steel cord and can be easily raised and lowered using a suspension system, allowing farmers to operate the entire feeding line in one motion.
