Description

КВБбШ– Control cable with copper cores, insulation made of polyvinyl chloride plastic, armor made of two steel tapes and a hose made of polyvinyl chloride plastic. Scope of application It is intended for fixed connection to electrical devices, devices, terminal assemblies of electrical distribution devices with a nominal alternating voltage of up to 660 V, a frequency of up to 100 Hz or a constant voltage of up to 1000 V. It is used for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, in the ground (trenches), including in aggressive environments and in places subject to the influence of stray currents, if the cable is not subjected to significant tensile forces. The cable can be laid outdoors provided it is protected from mechanical damage and exposure to direct sunlight. Construction Current-carrying wires - copper, single-wire (class 1 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic. Armor from two galvanized steel strips. The outer shell is a protective hose made of polyvinyl chloride plastic, which does not support combustion. Operation The cable is intended for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative air humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -7°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the cable. The permissible heating temperature of the cable cores during operation was 70°C. The service life of the cable is at least 20 years when laying in the ground (trenches) and on overpasses, provided it is protected from direct sunlight, and 25 years when laying in rooms, canals and tunnels.
