Description

KVVGngd 5x1.0 control cable EUROPAN CABLE. KVVGngd – Control cable with copper conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and a sheath that does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emissions. Scope of application Designed for fixed connection to electrical appliances, apparatus, clamp assemblies of electrical switchgears with a rated alternating voltage of up to 660 V, a frequency of up to 100 Hz or a constant voltage of up to 1000 V. It is used for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, in aggressive environments, in the absence of mechanical effects on the cable. The cable can be laid outdoors, provided that it is protected from mechanical damage and exposure to direct sunlight. It is allowed to lay the cable in the ground (trenches), provided that the cable is protected at the exit points of the surface. A cable with the "ngd" index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of fire and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the cable is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Design Conductive conductors - copper, single-wire (class 1 DSTU EN 60228). Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C. The bending radius of the cable when laying at an ambient temperature of at least 0 ° C, not less: - three cable diameters – for cables with an outer diameter of up to 10 mm inclusive; - four cable diameters – for cables with an outer diameter of more than 10 to 25 mm inclusive. - six cable diameters – for cables with an external size of more than 25 mm.
