Description

VVGngd-0.66 4x6.0 power copper cable EUROPAN CABLE. VVGngd – Power cable with copper conductors, polyvinyl chloride insulation and a sheath that does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emissions. Scope of application Designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations at a rated alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 kV of 50 Hz frequency. It is used when laying in blocks, on specialized cable racks, can be used in industrial premises, in switchgear and lighting devices, as well as in ordinary residential premises as electrical wiring. A cable with the "ngd" index is most suitable for use in places with an increased probability of fire and where special fire protection measures are required to protect people. An additional property of the cable is non-flammability and low smoke emission when exposed to high temperatures. Design Conductive conductors - copper, single-wire or multi-wire (class 1, 2 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation - polyvinyl chloride plastic. The outer shell is polyvinyl chloride plastic, which does not support combustion with reduced smoke and gas emissions. Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including for laying outdoors. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°C. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the single-core cable and 7.5 times the outer diameter of the stranded cable. The long-term permissible heating temperature of the cable cores during operation is 70°C and the maximum permissible temperature at short-circuit currents is 160°C. Permissible heating of cable cores in emergency mode is not more than 80°C.
