Description

Klinodez Aqua is a means for disinfection and cleaning of drinking system lines, technological equipment, premises and inventory. Characteristics: Klinodez Aqua is used for automated sanitization of systems at large manufacturing plants (dairy production and other types of food industry) for the purpose of processing premises, inventory and systems (containers, pipelines related to production, transportation, storage). Klinodez Aqua is effective for disinfection of water in the food and livestock industry, as well as drinking water in livestock and poultry farming. Composition: 100 g of the drug contains peracetic acid - 18.0; hydrogen peroxide - 20.0; acetic acid - 25.0; sodium diphosphate - up to 1.0. Excipients: purified water. Pharmaceutical form: liquid with a specific smell of vinegar. Application: Klinodez Aqua is used for disinfection for the purpose of prevention and forced disinfection of all types of livestock and poultry premises, in dairy farming, food industry, slaughterhouses and meat processing plants, food markets, veterinary clinics, outpatient clinics, laboratories, vehicles, equipment, inventory, containers. Klinodez Aqua is effective in a wide range of temperatures, which allows the product to be used at low temperatures down to -20°C. Working solutions of the product for disinfection of various objects are prepared in plastic or enameled (without damaging the enamel) containers by adding appropriate amounts of the product to water. Disinfection is carried out by automated washing, manual wiping, irrigation, filling. The product should be evenly applied to the surface until it is completely wetted. After the final disinfection of water supply systems, the product residues must be washed off with tap water; it is not necessary to wash off the drug residues from other surfaces. Disinfection objects: technological equipment, containers, inventory - preventive disinfection (0.1%, 0.2 l/m², exposure 2 hours), forced disinfection (0.2%, 0.2 l/m², 1 hour); in the presence of animals and poultry, for sanitation of the upper respiratory tract (0.01%, 0.2 l/m²); disinfection of livestock premises for anthrax (1%, 0.5 l/m², 1–2 hours), for tuberculosis of farm animals (0.5%, 0.5 l/m², 1–2 hours); final disinfection of water supply systems (0.1–0.2%, filling the system, 1–2 hours); disinfection of the surface of hatching eggs (0.1%, 10 ml - 1 egg, 0.2 l/m², exposure 60 min.); treatment of trays (0.2%, 30 min., or 0.5%, 15 min.); drinking equipment (0.5%, 0.2 l/m², replaced after every 20 clusters); acidification and decontamination of drinking water (100–130 ml of the drug per 1000 l of drinking water for 2–3 days a week every other day). Warning: persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to work with the drug. It is forbidden to smoke, drink, eat while working with the drug. Preparation of working solutions should be carried out in a ventilated room where there is water. All work should be carried out in compliance with respiratory, skin and eye protection measures (use rubber gloves, do not approach the open container with the drug with your face). After finishing work, wash your face and hands with soap and water. In case of respiratory irritation, stop work immediately, go to fresh air, ventilate the room, rinse your mouth and nasopharynx with water, and consult a doctor. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse with running water for 10–15 minutes and consult a doctor immediately. In case of contact with the skin, rinse the affected area thoroughly under running water. In case of accidental contact with the stomach, give the victim several glasses of water to drink and consult a doctor immediately. Storage conditions: dry, dark, ventilated room at a temperature of 0°C to +25°C. The drug does not freeze at temperatures down to -20°C. Shelf life: 2 years.
