Description
The DOL 20 is a flat sensor for detecting feed levels in feeders, feeders, silos and hoppers or for monitoring feeding lines in poultry farms. The DOL 20 feed level sensor is mounted on the outside of a plastic or similar composite surface, as it is able to detect feed levels through this material. The sensitivity of the DOL 20R feeder sensors can be adjusted using trimmers, allowing them to be adapted to different types of feed. The DOL 20 sensor has an SCR output, while the DOL 20R version with a relay output provides even more possibilities for system integration.Benefits and warranty

Купили цей датчик, бо він "бачить" продукт через пластикове вікно бункера. Не довелося свердлити зайвих дірок у металі. DOL 20R дуже чутливий, реагує миттєво. Обрали саме 20-ту серію за її простоту і надійність. Працює без перебоїв, автоматизація завантаження тепер працює як годинник.

Поставив DOL 20R на шнек подачі добавок. Вибрав його замість китайських аналогів, бо потрібна була гарантована робота реле без залипання. Налаштував затримку спрацювання так, щоб мотор не вмикався від кожної жмені зерна. Корпус міцний, герметичний, волога всередину не потрапляє.

Ми обрали цю модель для птахофабрики. Потрібен був сенсор, який легко протирати при дезінфекції. DOL 20R через свій форм-фактор миється дуже швидко. Бачить навіть дуже дрібний корм. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, відразу видно, коли ємність повна. Своїх грошей вартує, якісна річ.

Шукав надійний варіант для контролю рівня комбікорму в невеликому бункері. Вибрав саме DOL 20R, бо він компактний і не має зайвих деталей, які можуть відламатися. Підключив до сигнальної лампи напряму через релейний вихід. Працює в неопалюваному складі вже кілька місяців, конденсат на роботу не впливає.

Взяли цей датчик на заміну старому, який постійно забивався брудом. У DOL 20R поверхня дуже гладка, тому пил на ній майже не тримається. Для нас це було головним критерієм, щоб не чистити його щотижня. Спрацьовує чітко, реле всередині потужне, вистачає для нашої автоматики.
