Description
The DOL 20SCR is a capacitive/non-contact sensor for detecting loose and solid materials in agriculture and industry. The DOL 20 feed level sensor is mounted on the outside of a plastic or similar composite surface, as it is able to detect the feed level through this material. The sensitivity of the DOL 20R feeder sensors can be adjusted using trimmers, allowing them to be adapted to different types of feed. The DOL 20 sensor has an SCR output, while the DOL 20R version with a relay output provides even more possibilities for system integration.Benefits and warranty

Capacitive Feed Level Sensor DOL 20SCR (Break Version)
The DOL 20SCR is a robust two-wire capacitive sensor specifically designed for the direct control of contactors and relays in poultry automation systems. Featuring a thyristor (SCR) output, it is connected in series with the load, simplifying wiring and reducing installation costs.
The Break (Normally Closed) version operates on opening logic: the circuit remains closed as long as no feed is detected and opens immediately when the product reaches the sensor. This ensures a reliable motor stop when feeders or bins are full.

Замінили старі китайські датчики на оригінальні DOL 20SCR. Причина — стабільність при перепадах напруги. У нас мережа нестабільна, але ці датчики не глючать. Монтуються просто, два дроти під'єднали — і все працює. Якість пластику на висоті, кабель товстий і надійний. Жодного простою лінії за пів року.

Поставили на лінію вивантаження зерна. Вибрали цю модель, бо вона ігнорує пил на корпусі, але чітко бачить масу продукту. Гладкий корпус дозволив змонтувати датчик через гумовий ущільнювач, що забезпечило повну герметичність бункера. Світлодіодний індикатор яскравий, добре видно стан лінії навіть вдень.

Ми обрали саме 20-ту серію, бо датчик повністю герметичний. Миємо обладнання часто, і вода на нього потрапляє постійно, але всередині все сухо. Тиристорний вихід (SCR) дозволяє керувати пускачем напряму. Для нашого невеликого господарства це найпростіше і найвигідніше рішення по автоматизації.

Шукав замену датчику на імпортній лінії роздачі корму. Там живлення 220 вольт і всього два контакти. DOL 20SCR підійшов за всіма параметрами. Сподобалося, що він дуже компактний і не заважає потоку зерна в трубі. Налаштували чутливість під нашу суміш дуже швидко, працює без хибних спрацювань.

Купили цей датчик для контролю наповнення годівниць. Головна причина вибору — гладкий корпус 20 мм. Він ідеально заходить у наші пластикові кріплення без різьби, тримається щільно. Оскільки тут немає механічного реле, датчик працює безшумно і контакти ніколи не підгорять. Дуже надійний варіант.
