DOL 41R Ambient stern sensor without timer. DOL 41R sensors can be used for both hard and adhesive materials. The sensors produce a relay output using the switching function. Sphere of stagnation - control of liquid (for example, feed) in bunkers and containers and regulation of filling and emptying. The DOL 41R is a high-performance industrial-grade capacitive sensor designed for detecting feed, grain, and solid materials. This modification is engineered for low-voltage 10-30V AC/DC networks, making it an ideal choice for PLC-controlled or battery-powered automation systems.
Distinct from higher models in the series, the DOL 41R has no time delay. The relay switches instantaneously upon product detection and returns to its original state immediately when the object is removed. The sensor features a powerful 10A internal relay and is IP69K rated.

Використовуємо на лінії перевалки зерна для захисту від холостого ходу. Обрали саме DOL 41R, бо в нього реле всередині, що дозволило розв'язати силову частину і систему керування. Працює в неопалюваному приміщенні, морозів не боїться. Простий монтаж, стандартний діаметр 30 мм став у старе кріплення як рідний.

Замінили цим датчиком стару механічну «жабку» в накопичувачі. Причина вибору — відсутність рухомих частин, які вічно заклинювали. DOL 41R працює від 24 вольт постійного струму, підключили до нашої автоматики без проблем. Спрацьовує чітко, зерно не травмує корпус. Якість пластику на висоті, кабель надійний.

Нам був потрібен низьковольтний датчик для безпеки персоналу при митті лінії. Модель DOL 41R на 10-30V — це якраз те, що треба. Встановили на контроль переповнення бункера. Світлова індикація ззаду яскрава, здалеку видно, чи повна ємність. Налаштували чутливість один раз під наш корм і забули.

Вибрав цю модель для системи завантаження шроту. Шрот дуже пилить, і звичайні оптичні датчики там просто не працювали. DOL 41R ємнісний, тому він бачить масу продукту через пил. Реле всередині дозволяє керувати сигнальною лампою безпосередньо. Дуже витривала штука, за пів року жодного збою.

Купили для автоматизації годівниці, що працює від сонячних батарей. Потрібен був надійний датчик з низьким споживанням енергії, який витримує перепади напруги від 12 до 24 вольт. DOL 41R справляється чудово. Корпус герметичний, волога всередину не потрапляє, хоча стоїть майже під відкритим небом.
