High Reliability in Harsh Environments
The DOL 44RG sensor features full temperature compensation and high immunity to electromagnetic interference from mobile phones and motors. With an IP69K protection rating, the device can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. Two built-in trimmers allow for easy adjustment of sensitivity (10 mm baseline) and off-delay (from 0 to 60 seconds), preventing unnecessary motor cycles during temporary feed fluctuations.
The universal voltage range of 20-280V AC/DC allows the sensor to be integrated into any existing system without extra adapters. The powerful relay output supports NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) modes, providing flexibility for various equipment connections.

Шукали заміну датчику на імпортному обладнанні, де напруга 110 вольт. Модель 44RG підійшла ідеально через свій широкий діапазон. Корпус дуже міцний, герметичність на висоті. Налаштували затримку спрацювання на 5 секунд, щоб шнек не смикався від кожної жмені зерна. Дуже задоволені якістю збірки та стабільністю сигналу.

Взяв цю модель для системи завантаження зерна через вбудоване реле. Мені потрібно було підключити сигнальну лампу на 220 вольт напряму до датчика. Все запрацювало відразу без зайвих модулів. Датчик не реагує на пилову завісу під час висипання зерна, бачить тільки реальний рівень. Свої гроші відпрацьовує надійністю.

Для нашого пташника це кращий варіант через високий клас захисту IP69K. Миємо все обладнання водою під тиском, і DOL 44RG це витримує спокійно. Взяли саме версію з повною різьбою М30, щоб надійно закріпити в пластиковій воронці. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, здалеку бачу статус заповнення лінії.

Замінив цим датчиком стару механічну «флюгерку», яка вічно заклинювала від бруду. DOL 44RG електронний, ламатися нічому. Сподобалось, що він універсальний по живленню — підійшов і до нашої старої лінії на 24 вольти, і до нових модулів на 220. Працює стабільно в неопалюваному складі, конденсат не заважає.
