Description
The capacitive feed level sensor with thread DOL 45R-G 90-250 V (art. 100751) is designed for general monitoring of the level of grain and other bulk materials. In addition to the two above-mentioned features, the DOL 45R-G is also equipped with a switch-on delay (green flashing signal). The delay starts immediately after the sensor is activated. After the delay, the relay is switched on. It is switched off again only after the sensor is closed again. The DOL 45R-G series has a powerful built-in 10 A relay with a switching function. There are sensors in two versions with the following voltage range: 10-30 V ~/= 90 - 250 V ~ The use of electronic switches compared to mechanical ones provides unique reliability, especially due to the fact that the electronics are completely enclosed in a capsule made of special plastic, which provides maximum protection against moisture and other environmental influences in harsh conditions. Шукали надійний варіант для агресивного середовища в пташнику. Цей датчик повністю закритий, аміак йому не страшний. Вибрали версію з різьбою, бо так легше герметизувати місце врізки в бункер. Затримку виставили на 5 секунд, щоб не смикав шнек дарма. Якісна річ.

Купив для системи завантаження зерна. Важливо було, щоб датчик був герметичним і працював прямо від 220 вольт. DOL 45RG підійшов за всіма параметрами. Т-сенсор надійно фіксує рівень навіть легкого шроту. Встановив сам за десять хвилин, все інтуїтивно зрозуміло.

Замінили старий датчик на цей 45RG, бо той постійно випадав від вібрації шнека. Тут різьба тримає дуже міцно. Т-подібний корпус зручний тим, що на ньому не збирається конденсат, який часто дає хибні спрацювання взимку. Світлодіод ззаду яскравий, відразу видно статус.
