Description

Diameter 1.8 m; Capacity 9 m3; Feed capacity 6 t. The feed hopper is intended only for loading feed with a maximum density of up to 650 kg/m3. The feed hopper must be installed and aligned so that all its legs do not differ in the level of the foundation from one control point by +/- 2 mm. The legs of the assembled hopper must have a perfectly vertical position and be located in a polygon with equal sides and diagonals. Unloading the feed hopper after filling is reduced. Devices that are installed under the cone (between the cone and the floor) cannot be tightly installed, but have telescopic connections with a step of at least 1 cm. Feed hoppers in standard design are intended for installation on load cells with a thick and rigid upper clamping plate. Standard feed hoppers are not intended for installation on forwarding and travel structures, since their design does not provide dynamic gravitational unloading. Standard feed hoppers are intended for temperate climate zones: wind load 30 m/s, snow load 1.2 kN. Feed hoppers are intended for installation by lifting the mounted container to the vertical, but using additional wooden or metal brackets/reinforcements for the legs, described in the instructions.
