SynCore - Synchronized runRLL400 - LogicLink¶The RW1200/1600/2000S motor gearboxes, suitable for SynCoreLogicLink control units, are maintenance-free drives for wire screen systems in greenhouses and livestock houses. The motor gearboxes are equipped with a PTC resistor in the electric motor, which serves as a thermal safeguard for the drive unit used with a SynCoreLogicLink control unit.¶All RW1200S/1600/2000S motor gearboxes are fitted with a self-braking worm gear transmission. This transmission ensures that the output shaft is braked when the drive unit is stopped. The combination of the carefully mutually-tuned gear and wheel transmissions means that the drive runs almost silently.¶The RW1200/1600/2000S motor gearboxes are equipped with a patented inbuilt linear limiting switch system with control and safety switches with a high degree of switch precision. The maximum switching range for the limiting switch system amounts to 86 revolutions of the drive shaft.¶The RW1200/1600/2000S motor gearboxes are finished with a graphite-grey powder coating and are supplied with locking bolts and washers.Benefits and warranty
