Description

The DOL 104 humidity sensor monitors humidity levels in poultry houses, piggeries, cowsheds, greenhouses, and warehouses, ensuring an optimal microclimate. It prevents excessive humidity, condensation, and mold growth, and improves conditions for animal health. It operates from –20 °C to +60 °C, is resistant to dust and aggressive gases, has short-circuit protection, IP67 rating, withstands high-pressure washing, and provides accurate measurements. The sensor is mounted on the wall or under the ceiling in the air circulation zone. It is compatible with most modern climate controllers and automated ventilation systems. This makes it a reliable and durable solution for farms, greenhouses, and warehouses.

High-Precision Humidity Sensor DOL 104 (4-20 mA)

The DOL 104 is an industrial-grade intelligent sensor designed for continuous measurement of relative humidity with exceptional accuracy. This device is specifically engineered for use in harsh environments, such as modern livestock houses, where high humidity, dust, and ammonia fumes are constantly present. Reliable humidity monitoring with the DOL 104 allows climate control systems to maintain an optimal environment, which is vital for animal welfare and productivity.

The model features a standard 4-20 mA analog output with very low output impedance, ensuring stable signal transmission over long distances without interference. An internal microprocessor manages the sensor's performance and provides "A+" standard protection against short circuits and wiring faults. A dual-color LED on the housing offers real-time status information and facilitates rapid troubleshooting in the field.

Mounting

Installation of the DOL 104 humidity sensor should be carried out in areas with free air circulation at the animal level. The device is mounted into a 30.5 mm diameter hole using its M30 threaded housing and secured with nuts. A key feature is the protective cap, which does not need to be removed during room sanitation. The IP69K rating allows for high-pressure hot water cleaning without risking damage to the sensing element. When installing, ensure the cable is properly protected from mechanical stress and pests.

Ми замінили старі сенсори на ці оригінальні DOL 104. Важливо було, щоб обладнання витримувало миття цеху під високим тиском. Датчик повністю герметичний, захисний ковпачок надійно прикриває вимірювальний елемент. Свою ціну виправдовує довговічністю в умовах реальної ферми.

Взяв цей датчик для модернізації теплиці. Шукав саме DOL 104, бо він стабільно працює при регулярних обприскуваннях. На відміну від дешевих моделей, цей не боїться добрив у повітрі та високої температури. Аналоговий вихід дозволив підключити його до нашого ПЛК без додаткових адаптерів.

Поставили DOL 104 в інкубаторі. Головна причина вибору — висока точність вимірювання. Для нас кожен відсоток вологості критичний для виводу курчат. Датчик прийшов уже відкалібрований, монтаж зайняв кілька хвилин. Дуже задоволені швидкістю реакції на роботу форсунок зволоження.

Вибрали DOL 104 для свинарника, бо в нього корпус стійкий до парів аміаку. Минулі сенсори інших марок швидко окислювалися і починали брехати. Цей прилад зроблений професійно, якість пластику та захист сенсора на висоті. Сигнал 4-20мА інтегрувався в систему клімату без жодних проблем.

Купили цю модель для грибного цеху. Вологість у нас постійно під 95%, тому звичайні датчики швидко виходили з ладу. DOL 104 повністю герметичний і не глючить від постійного конденсату. Показники стабільні вже пів року, автоматика зволоження працює без збоїв.
