The DOL 104 is an industrial-grade intelligent sensor designed for continuous measurement of relative humidity with exceptional accuracy. This device is specifically engineered for use in harsh environments where high humidity, dust, and ammonia fumes are constantly present, causing standard sensors to fail prematurely.
The model features a standard 4-20 mA analog output with very low output impedance, ensuring stable signal transmission over long distances without interference. An internal microprocessor manages the sensor's performance and provides "A+" standard protection against short circuits and wiring faults. A dual-color LED on the housing offers real-time status information and facilitates rapid troubleshooting directly on the production line.
Mounting
Installation of the DOL 104 humidity sensor should be carried out in areas with free air circulation at the animal breathing level. The device is mounted into a 30.5 mm diameter hole using its M30 threaded housing and secured with the included nuts. A key feature is the protective cap, which does not need to be removed during room sanitation. The IP69K rating allows for high-pressure hot water cleaning without risking damage to the sensing element. Ensure the cable is properly protected from mechanical stress during installation.
