Description
DOL 20 is a flat sensor for determining the level of feed in dispensing troughs, feeders, silos and bunkers or for monitoring feeding lines in poultry farms. The feed level sensor DOL 20 is mounted on the outside of a plastic or similar composite surface, as it is able to determine the feed level through this material. The sensitivity of the sensors for the DOL 20R feeders can be adjusted with the help of trimmers, which allows you to adapt them to different types of feed. Capacitive Intelligent Sensor iDOL 20SCR (Break Version)
The iDOL 20SCR is an advanced next-generation capacitive sensor with an integrated NFC interface. The SCR model is designed for direct operation with contactors and relays within a wide 20-280V AC/DC voltage range. Its compact design and solid-state construction make it ideal for modern automation systems.
The Break (Normally Closed) version opens the electrical circuit when feed is detected. The key advantage of the iDOL series is the ability to fully manage parameters via smartphone using the SmartAdjust App.

Купили цей датчик для бункера з гранулою. Модель iDOL 20SCR працює дуже чітко: торкнулося зерно — спрацював. Завдяки відсутності різьби ми його просто вставили в пластикову муфту з ущільнювачем. Ніяких зайвих дірок чи гайок. Світлова індикація яскрава, здалеку бачу, чи повна ємність.

Шукав заміну старому сенсору в закордонній лінії годування. Там кріплення було саме під гладкий датчик 20 мм. iDOL 20SCR став як рідний. Сподобалось, що через телефон можна подивитися стан датчика і чи він взагалі бачить продукт. Це сильно економить час при діагностиці завалів.

Використовуємо iDOL 20SCR для контролю рівня висівок. Вони дуже пилять, але датчик ігнорує наліт на корпусі. Вибрали його, бо він дуже компактний і не має гострих країв, тому не травмує гофровані труби подачі. Налаштували затримку так, щоб мотор не перегрівався від частих пусків.

Мені порадили цей датчик сусіди по фермерству, бо він не боїться сильної вологи. Після миття пташника Керхером звичайні датчики часто виходили з ладу, а цей iDOL 20SCR тримається. SCR вихід дозволив просто врізатися в розрив ланцюга живлення двигуна. Надійна електроніка.

У нас на виробництві жорсткі вимоги до чистоти, тому взяли модель iDOL 20SCR з гладким корпусом. В різьбових датчиках постійно забивався бруд, а цей протер — і він стерильний. Працює стабільно від 220В, підключили замість старого сенсора без переробки проводки.
