The iDOL 26 CA-P-Ø18-NF-CR-PNP is a high-tech intelligent level sensor in a smooth Ø18 mm housing, specifically designed for precision automation in livestock environments. This model is made from CR (Chemical Resistant) plastic, making it immune to ammonia fumes and disinfectants. The sensor operates in 10–30V DC networks and features a PNP transistor output, ensuring seamless integration with modern PLC systems.
The primary technological advantage of the iDOL series is the integrated NFC interface. Parameters such as sensitivity and time delays are configured wirelessly via smartphone using the SmartAdjust app. This provides the unique benefit of selecting Make/Break optional logic (Normally Open or Normally Closed) via software. The absence of adjustment holes ensures an IP69K protection rating, allowing for high-pressure hot water cleaning.
Mounting
Installation of the iDOL 26 in its smooth Ø18 mm body is highly hygienic and easy to adjust. The device is mounted using rubber grommets or specialized plastic clips, allowing for instant immersion depth adjustment simply by sliding the housing. As a Non-Flush (NF) type, the sensing head must protrude into the detection zone and remain clear of metal surfaces. The chemically resistant CR housing ensures the device remains unaffected by aggressive fumes, preventing plastic cracking over time.
