Взяли цей датчик для роботи в умовах високої вологості. Оскільки напруга низька, це набагато безпечніше при митті обладнання. Модель 45R бачить навіть дрібний шрот. Т-подібний сенсор легко очищати, хоча він майже не забивається. Хороша альтернатива дорогим імпортним аналогам.

Для мене головним було, щоб датчик не боявся вібрації від шнека. Ця модель у Т-корпусі сидить дуже надійно. Вибрали 45R 10-30V, бо він універсальний по живленню (AC/DC). Встановили на контроль переповнення бункера з гранулами, працює без збоїв уже кілька місяців.

Замінили старий датчик на цей DOL 45R в кормороздачі. Обрали його через безпеку — напруга 10-30V дозволяє не хвилюватися, якщо дріт випадково пошкодять тварини. Датчик бачить рівень корму миттєво. Завдяки Т-формі він не заважає потоку зерна всередині труби.

Потрібен був низьковольтний датчик з релейним виходом для підключення до 12-вольтової сирени. Цей Дол впорався на відмінно. Монтували в пластикову трубу, форма Т-сенсора дозволяє щільно притиснути його до стінки. Налаштування просте, корпус міцний.

Використовуємо цей датчик на лінії, де живлення йде від акумуляторів. Вибрали DOL 45R, бо він споживає зовсім мало енергії, але працює стабільно. Т-подібний корпус зручний тим, що на ньому не збирається стільки пилу, як на плоских датчиках, тому помилкових спрацювань немає.
