What does a misting system consist of
A misting system is a key element of cooling a poultry house during hot periods. It is an automated equipment that sprays water under high pressure through micro-nozzles, forming a fine mist. During the evaporation process, it cools the air by 8–12°C without sudden temperature drops. The system consists of a pumping station, filters, a pipeline, high-pressure nozzles, sensors and a controller that controls the operation.
