Our new Mixtron medicators are the perfect tool for precise medication dosing. Devices with a reduced number of components dramatically reduce the risk of cracks. As a result, the dosing pump is less prone to wear, deposits and contamination, ensuring consistently high dosing accuracy. The springs, made of AISI duplex stainless steel, ensure a precise and long-lasting stable load that reduces wear. Mixtron operates at a pressure of 0.3–6 bar and is designed for a temperature range of 5–40°C. An additional feature is the built-in safety button, which prevents accidental changes to the set dosage percentage, guaranteeing correct dosage. The Mixtron medicator is an investment in the future of animal husbandry, which ensures high-quality dosing of medicines in poultry houses, cow houses and pig houses. It is available in dosages of 0.2-2% (30-61-4150) and 1-5% (30-61-4151), depending on the need.
