Description

AVVG – Power cable with aluminum cores, polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath. Scope of application Designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations at a nominal alternating voltage of 0.66; 1 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz. It is used when laying in blocks, on specialized cable overpasses, it can be used in industrial premises, in distribution and lighting devices, as well as in ordinary residential premises as electrical wiring, it is widely used in summer cottage construction. It is not recommended to lay the cable in the ground, as it lacks armored protection, so it can only be laid with mechanical protection. Construction Conductive wires - aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire (class 1, 2 DSTU EN 60228). Insulation and shell - polyvinyl chloride plastic. Operation The cable is designed for stationary operation at ambient temperatures from -50°C to +50°C, relative air humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to 35°C, including outdoor laying. The cable can be laid without preheating at a temperature not lower than -15°С. The minimum bending radius during installation must be at least 10 times the outer diameter of a single-core cable and 7.5 times the outer diameter of a multi-core cable. The maximum allowable heating temperature of the cable cores during operation is 70°C and the maximum allowable temperature for short-circuit currents is 160°C. Permissible heating of cable cores in emergency mode is no more than 80°С.
